Bandana`s Family Restaurant & Grille in Burgaw

Lunch was very good today. Waitress was fabulous. Had steak Philly sandwich. The only thing I have seen in the past is children running in and out of the kitchen which is inappropriate in my opinion. The food was delicious though.

Food was delicious as ALWAYS! Atmosphere was nice and the Christmas music playing along with a Christmas movie on the TV was GREAT!!!! There were 14 people in our party and everyone enjoyed their meal thoroughly!!!

My wife and I have had two Bad experiences at bandanna’s and there won’t be a third. The first time happen when we went in and sat down 15 or 20 minutes past and we weren’t even acknowledged, so we left. The second time we decided to try again months later we ordered appetizer while we waited for our pizza, 40 minutes past and our pizza did not come. I had to inquire, and I was told that they ruined the one in the kitchen. Another 25 minutes past and our pizza arrived, it was Soft and uncooked. We asked for the check went to the front counter and the woman did not even make eye contact or say a word. This is just our experience

I eat here often, really good food and excellent wait staff. They really tale time to know the regulars. When I walk in they already know what I want to drink, and usually what I want to eat but they have to ask any way. They provide a nice laid back atmosphere, family oriented. Love the food and the yum yum sauce. A go to when visiting the Burgaw area!!!

Website says closes at 1000 pm, that's a lie, called at 840 pm would not answer the phone. Drove across the road where I could clearly see the resturaunt was open, tried to order, oh we're closed. They need to fix their website.honesty is the best policy

We were forgotten at our table!! Then some young girl who was not our waiter comes up and asks rudely what we're waiting for! I said our food obviously and it's been almost an hour. We were tired of waiting and left. Awful experience and my family will never go back!!

Good food. Good portions. A bit pricey but we were happy with all we got and the service.

Not that you need a reason to eat at Bandana's...but a roll of tp is a nice perk ...tx Bandana's

The food is great.my family eats there every week.they have so many different things to choose from.deffinatly take the time to go you will love it.

Eh, we weren't greeted by anyone when we walked in and sat down. We stood there in front of the hostess and it took her a minute to tell us to go sit down. It looked like she was doing somes paper work. The grilled chicken I added to my salad did not have any flavor at all no seasoning no seasoning. I don't know if I was supposed to ask or what.

Tender and tasty ribeye and moist chicken salad sandwiches with good crispy fries. Service was friendly and efficient.

I would not give the owners the time of day. They caused my son to lose his apartment and his job in Burgaw because of their constant complaints to their landlord. He worked in a restaurant and worked all the time to pay his bills. He loved the apartment he lived in.

Terrible, took 10 minutes to get seated. Then took OVER an hour to get served. There werent many people there and there are little kids running all around. Also, several people walked in after us and went to the bar, we hadn't gotten our food yet and they were leaving. As they walked out they asked us why we hadnt gotten our food yet and we told them we didnt know. Will not be going back. Worst service around.

I was disappointed In the the poor quality of steak i had. Was cooked right and had good flavor. But was tuff to eat. I don't mind paying over a hundred dollars for 2 of us to eat but expect a lot better quality of food. Should have just gone to golden corral.

This evening we ordered fried seafood. It was absolutely fabulous!!! Loved the friendly atmosphere;and met some delightful folks (owners and patrons. We will be regulars for sure !

Food was good, but the wife's salad was a little overpriced. Chicken tenders we're good, slaw was good, fries were awesome! Waiter never did bring us a refill on the tea...had to ask for a to go cup....

Terrific Food and huge portions! Three of us ordered the All-you-can-eat Shrimp Special...25 medium shrimp with fries and coldslaw. I personally couldn't eat. More but my friend's did. Lovely staff and owners...Kayla was so nice. White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake to finish up with. I would definitely go back. Atmosphere and decor is lacking but it is clean throughout with loads of parking and it is handicap accessible.

As always something is wrong and it took 1 hour to get our food.

Food was amazing and cooked fresh. Worth every penny

I had the 8oz. Ribeye. It was a larger piece of steak, infact it filled over half my plate. It was a thin steak, probably 3/8 - 1/2 inch thick. I ordered it medium, and that's what I got. It was spot on, juicy and very flavorful. It's hard to cook a thin steak perfectly, but this one was indeed just that perfectly cooked.

Bandana's is a great place to eat they have great and wonderful food and a good staff

The food was good but the deviled crab was mostly bread. The service was good though.

It's got the best friend oysters I have ever ate, lot of seafood in n Wilmington and surrounding counties but Bandanas is tops so far
